A few catch up pics

We've taken some cute pictures lately, so I thought I'd post a few.

Oh and as I said in my 9 month post, we've been working with Connor on his movement (or lack thereof) and he has already started to show signs of improvement. He is rolling a ton now. It's weird. We kind of started directing him that he could roll to stuff and now he does. He rolls front to back all over. It's cute.

He is also doing great at standing up. We sort of prop him on our knee and he'll pull up from there on a window sill or something. It's sweet. We also are trying to get him to move his legs in the walking motion when you hold his fingers. He is still only so-so at this, but he's figuring it out.

He also is getting better at going from sitting to the crawling stance, without doing a complete face plant and getting himself upset. Basically he leans all the way forward from sitting until he's on his belly. He can now do this in a more fluid motion. You'd be surprised at how hard it is to get that one leg out from under him.

Well enjoy the pictures of our growing boy.

Looking like a cool dude in the stroller. He sometimes tolerates the sunglasses and sometimes not. I guess on this day, he kept them on. The poor guy hates the sun in his eyes though, so you'd think he'd like them. On a side note, I can't believe Connor is still wearing his bear coat this late in the year. Usually by now it's in the 70's or more every day. This El Nino winter has been crazy. The day this photo was taken, it was probably 50 and windy.

At a play date last week. He's in the front (dwarfing all the other babies).

The play date was at a girl's house, so there was a lot of pink. I thought it was funny seeing Connor in this pink excersaucer. He seemed to really like it. He is secure in his masculinity.

Connor and the host's daughter Katelyn share a moment.

We got Connor this little tent thing, so he could sit outside and be in the shade. He seemed to like it just fine. Yes, in the same week Connor was in shorts and a t-shirt. Crazy El Nino.

Chilin' with Momma.

"You talking to me?"

"Oh you are? Ok, I was just checking. You're cool. Let's be friends."

Showing off his pearly whites (all 8 of them) in the stroller.

Looking like a cherub in the tub.
