I can see clearly now...

Ok, we've heard from a few of our "followers" that we haven't shown you many photos of Connor with his eyes open. In our defense, when he's sleeping he just looks so peaceful and adorable and when he's awake and alert with his eyes open, it's so cool to watch that we forget to take photos.

With that said, in case you were worried that Connor was like a kitten, who takes a few days to open his eyes, think again. Connor can and will open his eyes and sit very alert for probably 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Typically during the day, he's either sleeping, eating, pooping, or crying, but sometimes he does have these really cool moments where he is totally relaxed and just checking out the world.

Apparently infants can't see well beyond 8 to12 inches, so most of the world is blurry, but those moments that he makes direct eye contact with you, just melts your heart. When he looks up at me, I can't help but think, "do you know I'm your Mommy Connor?" If he doesn't know now, he will soon. Enjoy!
