We will be gone for a full 4 days, returning Tuesday night. During that time Jeff's Mom, Gigi, will watch Connor tomorrow and Sunday and my Mom, Grandma, will watch Connor Monday and Tuesday. Gigi arrived last night to get a Connor crash course and she's doing awesome. It's not surprising though since she raised one heck of a son. Of course my Mom has three other grandkids and raised three wonderful daughters like me (hee hee), so I am really not worried at all about either of Connor's very skilled babysitters. If you know me though, you know I am a planner and I literally have a 15 page document outlining his care, plus other notes around the house if they have questions. It's a bit crazy, but they both seem to appreciate the info, so I guess it's OK.
It will be the longest I have ever been away from Connor and while everyone tells me it's good for me, we'll just have to see about that. I know I will miss him like crazy, but I also know it will be so great to take a fun, relaxing and romantic trip with just my husband.
I probably won't post to the blog for a bit, but when I get back, I'll share some of the pics of both Gigi and Grandma's adventures with Connor and our trip to wine country. Ta ta for now.

He seems to really like cottage cheese. Of course it's a complete mess, but it's also kind of cute. He usually only gets it at dinner though, right before his bath.
