CRAWLING...progress
Ok, so I don't know if we can officially call Connor a crawler, but in the past week he has taken more and more "steps." It's happening more often now that I even got it on video. Clearly he's still a bit wobbly and timid, but he's improving every day.
Also, in the past week or so, he learned how to go from the crawling stance (hands and knees) to sitting. Apparently that's a milestone too, so we're happy about that one. It's funny, because at his 9 month appointment I really didn't think Connor had any interest in moving at all. Now it seems he really wants to get up and go, whether it's rolling, crawling, cruising, or walking holding our hands.
They say every baby progresses at their own speed and watching his crawling firsthand I can totally attest to that. We always thought Connor would crawl, but when it seems everyone you know and every book you read says they should be doing it by now, you start second guessing yourself and your baby's skills. Sorry Connor, I'll never doubt you again...or at least not until your next "missed" milestone.
