TJ's new home

Although I'm quite sure TJ is content as he or she can be in my belly, I'm hoping that the nursery we've set up will make our little baby just as happy. Here are some shots of the nursery. Of course we will be making some additions once we know the gender and the baby's name, but for now, this will do. Your room is ready for you little baby. Come and see it!

The wall you face when you walk in complete with the elephant toy chest my grandpa made me.

A view of the nursery from the door. We've got a curtain rod hung. We're just waiting to see the gender to actually pick the window treatment.

The crib, complete with photos of me and Jeff as babies. (They'll be removed of course before the baby sleeps in the crib). We also plan to hang the baby's name over the crib with wooden letters. First, we've got to know the gender and then we'll have the name.

The changing table and hutch.

Some of the decor in the hutch. I painted that frame and I can't wait to put a photo of the family in it.

Chest of drawers and our bags ready for the hospital and
Jeff's extra car seat base.

The top of the chest of drawers. I love the little lamp I found at a
cute boutique in Houston.

  1. I love the nursing, it is darling!!! The bedding is awesome, I think you should leave the baby pics in the crib:) It will be fun for him to look at. (or her!)
